Floor Staff

At Landmark Theatres we are Movies and more! Landmark is known for historic theatres as well as those with neighborhood charm and contemporary locations with all the latest amenities. Floor staff will be scheduled to work Box Office, Concession, Usher, or Kitchen as staffing needs require. Greet and welcome each customerAssist with movie/seat selection and answers general questions Provide friendly and efficient service including answering questions and resolving customer concernsUse point of sale system to accurately process transactions and paymentsAnswer incoming phone calls and provide general theatre informationResponsible for accuracy of cash drawer, passes, vouchers, refunds/exchanges, and inventoryChecks and updates marquee and displaysKnowledgeable of amenities associated with each filmIssues/assists customers with hard of hearing and closed caption devices (in-theatre set up)Concession: Must be at least 16 or 18 years oldCommitted to providing exceptional customer serviceGood verbal communication skillsAccurate cash handling and math skillsMust be available during peak business hours (Nights, Weekend, and Holidays).Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact with the public and provide high level of customer serviceAbility to work independentlyAbility to lift 50 pounds and stand for a long period of timeAbility to comply with attendance and dress code policyAbility to operate various concession and kitchen equipment.
