About the position We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Films Developer (Operational Development) to join our team in Winchester, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within our film production environment. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence. Analyze current film production workflows and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvementDevelop and implement process optimization solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costsDesign and maintain technical documentation for operational procedures, systems, and workflowsCollaborate with production teams, technical staff, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutionsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and identify areas for enhancementSupport the integration and automation of systems to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual workConduct testing and quality assurance on new processes and systems before full-scale implementationProvide training and support to team members on new operational procedures and toolsPrepare detailed reports and presentations on operational improvements and their impact on production efficiencyStay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to film production operationsRequirements
