If you cannot attach your transcripts, contact the Employment Office prior to the job close date (if applicable) and we will attach the document(s) for you. If the transcript does not reflect the awarding of the qualifying degree, or the attainment of the required graduate semester hours, attach written documentation from the educational institution showing when the degree was awarded or hours earned. No distinction is made for advanced degrees and pay is calculated based on actual classes taught (the load points).
