Filmmaker Representative, Filmsupply

As a Filmmaker Representative at FM, your pivotal role serves as the primary bridge between our brand and filmmakers, ensuring their ongoing success and exceptional experience. Properly research and review applications for potential filmmakers to ensure that Filmsupply has an exceptional, diverse, and multi-cultural roster of filmmakers and content. Seamlessly transition new filmmakers from the contract signing process into the onboarding and curation process. Curate submitted footage, providing filmmakers with feedback before its integration into the Filmsupply marketplace. A great candidate will have Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication skill Strong work ethic, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules Ease in giving and receiving feedback Desire to work in a team-centered, collaborative environment High professional standards - strong motivation for individual and organization success Passion to be results-oriented and process driven Ability to adapt as FM is growing and one or more of the job duties and/or responsibilities in this job description may change as well as the job title 3+ years experience working in the film industry Uncompromising ability to recognize quality cinematography, authentic creative direction, and aesthetic in all potential filmmaker and footage representation Excellent organization and project management skills Experience working in collaboration with small and large teams where effective and clear communication is essential A good understanding of various filmmaker roles and how they all work together Experience in a sales or customer service position with regular client communication Working knowledge in Google Drive (Docs & Sheets), Google Calendar, Gmail, Mac OS, Digital Agreement signing apps, ClickUp, Cloud File Sharing Software, and basic math
