RESPONSIBILITIES
================

* Pitch creative concepts built around each artist’s needs and the mission and vision of Elevation Worship Records
* Develop treatments with teammates that turn strong ideas into compelling visual stories
* Lead projects from concept to final delivery, including music videos, live performance videos, lyric videos, and visualizers
* Direct single-camera and multi-camera shoots
* Build sets with creative lighting that serve the style of each project
* Lead the crew on set to bring each artist’s vision to life
* Edit and polish projects through post-production, including multi-camera edits

MUST-HAVES
==========

* Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
* Fluency in the full filmmaking process: pre-production, production, and post-production
* Self-starter who loves ideating and pitching
* Ability to lead a set and crew toward an artist’s or project’s vision
* Confidence editing multi-camera projects
* Proactive problem-solver
* Close attention to detail
* Excellent time management and the ability to deliver on tight timelines
* Love working in collaborative environments and have the desire to be learning constantly
* Film portfolio available online

NICE-TO-HAVES
=============

* Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
* Experience editing in DaVinci Resolve
* Experience with music videos or live performance content
* Familiarity with Elevation Church and Elevation Worship
* Experience with Slack and Asana
* Experience with After Effects

DAY-TO-DAY
==========

* We’re a **Sunday-Thursday work environment**. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
* There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - **adaptability is a key** competence for us.
* Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to **have some fun**!
* You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people. **Professional development opportunities will be all around you**, both in structured and unstructured ways.
* We expect you to **be disciplined in your spiritual practices** - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
