Do you have dreams of building a new production department for a social media agency? Keen Social is seeking a creative, passionate, innovative, and organized videographer to film, edit, and produce high-quality marketing videos for our clients.
We are seeking somebody who can create a new production team from scratch!
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, testimonials and other client projects
2. Collaborates with internal teams in ideating and brainstorming concepts
3. Actively participates in the production process from conception through final product delivery.
4. Executes pre-production planning and video components such as composites, scripts, motion graphics, visual effects, video, audio and editing
5. Scout locations
6. Monitor quality control at every stage of production
7. Complete post-production activities such as editing, graphics, special effects, music selection, media conversion, and duplication
8. Manages client revisions
9. Follow final review and approval process to ensure content quality and editorial and branding compliance
10. Operate and maintain the video equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Sophomores or Juniors Preferred
1+ years’ experience in a videography or media production role within corporate video production
Intermediate to expert experience using the following video software:
Final Cut ProApple IMovieAdobe PremiereMotionAfter Effects * Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
· Ability to write storyboards and audio/video scripts
· Previous experience with creating videos for hardware
· Ability to effectively manage time and schedules.
· Records maintenance skills.
· Ability to configure, operate and maintain studio and/or field audio, lighting and associated production equipment.
· Knowledge of professional audio and/or video tape editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards.
· Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new production systems and workflows
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Out-of-the-box thinker with a knack for creative marketing ideas and concepts
· Excellent organizational and communication (written, oral, interpersonal) skills
· Ability to work on multiple projects in an efficient manner to meet all deadlines
· Quick-learner with the ability to take direction, work under pressure, and operate as part of a team
· A keen eye for detail
