An interest in music, artists, and talent‑driven content is a strong plus. and present recommendations to the team Assist with the creation of pitch materials, decks, and internal presentations Provide administrative support including scheduling, note-taking, and desk coverage as needed Maintain and organize internal databases, project trackers, and development materials Attend team meetings and creative discussions, contributing insights when appropriate Compile and distribute a daily digest of relevant industry news, trades, and emerging trends Qualifications Strong interest in film, television, and the broader entertainment landscape Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and analysis clearly Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills (coverage experience is a plus) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) Self‑motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment It’s a bonus if you have Prior internship or experience in film/TV, media, or entertainment Experience writing script coverage or creative analysis Familiarity with industry trades (Deadline, Variety, Hollywood Reporter, etc.) Why Join Us At HYBE America, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a company at the forefront of music, culture, and storytelling.
