This position provides coverage for Release of Information functions, including written and verbal requests for health information. This position has daily contact with personnel from all departments for the purpose of assisting with patient flow for imaging studies and for continuity of care. Preferred: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field. May be substituted with Non-degree technical training or 2 years of relevant medical imaging training, Information Systems support, hardware/software implementation and configuration work experience may be substituted for education.
