About the Role Our projects range widely in scale and budget, and often several are moving at once, so you'll need to be as comfortable steering a scrappy two-day shoot as you are managing a high-budget production with a full crew. You'll be the connective tissue between our creative team and our clients: keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and on the level of craft this work demands. Produce client projects end to end, from scoping and budgeting through pre-production, shoot days, post, and delivery.Own shoot organization: locations, permits, crew, gear, casting, scheduling, call sheets, and everything in between.Build and manage budgets across projects of varying sizes, tracking spend and keeping stakeholders informed.Run multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages.Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients: communicating clearly, setting expectations, and representing the studio well.Manage tight and variable deadlines, building realistic schedules, and adapting fast when things change.Coordinate with directors, editors, motion designers, and freelancers.Keep files, contracts, and paperwork organized.
