About the Role
We're looking for a Producer to run production on our client projects — brand films, product videos, documentaries, and animated pieces for some of the most ambitious teams in technology. Our projects range widely in scale and budget, and often several are moving at once, so you'll need to be as comfortable steering a scrappy two-day shoot as you are managing a high-budget production with a full crew. You'll be the connective tissue between our creative team and our clients: keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and on the level of craft this work demands. This is a full-time, in-office role in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
Produce client projects end to end, from scoping and budgeting through pre-production, shoot days, post, and delivery.Own shoot organization: locations, permits, crew, gear, casting, scheduling, call sheets, and everything in between.Build and manage budgets across projects of varying sizes, tracking spend and keeping stakeholders informed.Run multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages.Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients: communicating clearly, setting expectations, and representing the studio well.Manage tight and variable deadlines, building realistic schedules, and adapting fast when things change.Coordinate with directors, editors, motion designers, and freelancers.Keep files, contracts, and paperwork organized.
Qualifications
Proven experience producing film projects: ideally including high-budget productions with large crews and complex logistics.Experience working with major clients and brands, and the poise to hold your own in those rooms.A diverse body of work showcasing different styles and scales of projects.Deep familiarity with production budgeting, scheduling, and shoot logistics.Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.Prior professional experience is relevant, but college degrees are not required — your work speaks for itself.

Compensation
