Proven experience as a Film Producer, with specific experience in documentary production preferred.Strong understanding of the filmmaking process, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and negotiation skills.A keen eye for detail and a deep passion for documentary storytelling.Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Production, or a related field is preferred.
