We’re seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team and help us enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and drive results through creative social media strategies.Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Film Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in film production, from development through to post-production. The Film Producer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of film production, managing the project’s budget, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of the final product.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of film projects, from concept through to final delivery.Collaborate with directors, writers, and other creative personnel to develop and refine scripts, storyboards, and production plans.Develop production schedules and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.Oversee budgeting and financial management of the film, ensuring the project stays within the allocated budget.Hire and manage cast, crew, and other production staff.Negotiate contracts with vendors, talent, and other collaborators.Coordinate logistics for location scouting, permits, equipment, and other production needs.Supervise post-production, including editing, sound, and visual effects, to ensure the final product meets creative and quality standards.Maintain communication with stakeholders, financiers, and distributors throughout the project.Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including rights, clearances, and union agreements.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Film Producer or in a similar role within the film or entertainment industry.Strong knowledge of film production processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and post-production.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.In-depth understanding of industry trends and new technologies in film production.Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).Network of industry contacts (talent, crew, vendors, financiers) is a plus.A passion for storytelling and a creative vision for film.Preferred Skills:Experience working with major film studios, independent production companies, or streaming platforms.Familiarity with international film markets and distribution strategies.Why Join Us?Opportunity for career growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive work environmentFlexible work arrangements (Remote/Hybrid options available)Opportunity to influence global narratives and elevate underrepresented voices.Work in a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment.Be part of a mission-driven team committed to creating meaningful impact through media and storytelling.Kufi Productions is an equal opportunity employer.
