This is a production-focused role within a fast-paced film lab environment where quality, efficiency, organization, and attention to detail are essential. Our lab specializes in same-day and next-day turnaround services, making speed, accuracy, and workflow management critical components of the position. Technicians are cross-trained across multiple areas of the lab, including film scanning, image uploading and quality control, printing, passport photo services, equipment maintenance, and general lab operations. Because of this, team members are expected to maintain a steady pace while meeting quality standards and daily production goals.
