We are seeking a hands-on Video Production Intern for the current semester to directly assist in recording and producing an upcoming unscripted/reality show episode. Learn the production side of reality entertainment and how it integrates with a top talent agency.Resources, facilities, and equipment provided for editing and production needs.Work closely with agents and producers having experience with over 100 productions and over 10 years in the entertainment industry.Network & Festival Exposure: Collaborate directly on producing a high-quality episode packaged to pitch to major networks and submit to film festivals. Field Recording: Operate your own camera and manage field audio equipment (lavalier and boom microphones) during reality-style shoots.Video Editing: Build rough cuts, assembly string-outs, and organize multi-cam timelines to edit the reality show episode.Media Management: Handle data wrangling, securely offload memory cards, and organize raw media assets.Production Support: Assist with dialogue cleanup, basic sound placement, and exporting final episode deliverables for executive review.Content Delivery: Format and package digital video files for client submissions and network casting pitches. Term: Fall 2026 Internships for our Burbank Office.Availability: Applicants must be able to work part-time, 16-20 hours per week or 290 hours minimum to complete the Fall internship.Education: Applicants should have a graduation date of May 2026 - June 2028.Location: Burbank, CA.Compensation: This is an unpaid internship with academic credit offered as a form of compensation.
