Minimum 3 years of experience in film festival management or related fieldsDemonstrated ability to lead a team, develop and implement a strategic vision, and manage budgets and schedules to meet goalsExcellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with filmmakers, sponsors, and other stakeholdersCommitment to inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability in all aspects of festival planning and programmingStrong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelyExperience with film programming, curation, and film industry trendsUnderstanding of digital media and social media platforms, as well as website design and managementBachelor's degree in film studies, arts administration, or related fieldExperience working with nonprofit organizations and securing grants and sponsorships is a plusPassion for storytelling, film, and documentary journalism is a must
