Film Booker As a Film Booker, you play a critical role in connecting film companies, the Regal Film Department, and theatres to ensure accurate programming, scheduling, and showtimes across a large circuit. You will manage a high-volume email inbox and communicate clearly with theatres, film companies, and internal teams You will support Film Buyers by executing booking decisions, managing cancellations, and maintaining events calendars You will enter and maintain precise booking, pricing, and showtime data across multiple systems, including Vista You will monitor theatre showtimes, formats, grosses, and policy compliance to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreements You will coordinate film delivery details, including drive movement, KDM tracking, and troubleshooting issues with theatres About you You will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines across a large number of theatres You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable working with varied stakeholders You will be comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and multiple software platforms in a fast-paced environment You will have the ability to apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve booking or operational issues You will be willing to learn projection and film operations, with flexibility to support occasional evenings or weekends You will be a great fit, if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire Regal Cinemas where movie magic meets unforgettable experiences!
