45 Innovation LLC is seeking a Multimedia Producer / Video Production and Post-Production Specialist to lead and support visual content creation across multiple company brands, digital media projects, and original productions. The position supports a range of business lines and creative initiatives, including but not limited to: Daily Hustle, the Mic Drop Yo 214 series, professional product and campaign shoots for DSPLY, editing and visual development for Early Bites News, development support for the AI anime mystery series Cybersecurity, media content for The Space Exchange platform, and branded content documenting operations for 45 Innovation LLC and its automotive logistics and parts delivery activities. This role requires a strong combination of technical production knowledge, creative storytelling ability, post-production expertise, brand awareness, and the ability to work across multiple formats and business categories in a fast-paced environment. Produce professional visual content for DSPLY, including product photography, campaign shoots, promotional visuals, and social media assets. Ability to work across multiple content styles, including branded media, documentary-style content, social-first video, promotional visuals, and serialized creative productions.
