Dates of Employment: 4/20/2026 - 5/22/2026Reports to: Festival Production ManagerCompensation: $22/HourPrimary Roles and ResponsibilitiesConducts pick-ups and deliveries at Festival venues, events, and offices as directedProvides ongoing replenishments of venue suppliesConducts load-ins and load-outs of venues pre- and post-Festival Assists with the load-ins and load-outs of parties during the FestivalCompletes purchase runs as neededKeeps route, delivery and mileage logs for Festival Production vehiclesCompletes wrap report by scheduled due date.Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications1 year of event production experience requiredMust be at least 21 years of age by date of hire.Must have a valid driver’s license.Experience and comfort driving a large utility van Ability to lift 50 lbs., with frequent walking and standing throughout daily tasks.Desired QualificationsAbility to perform well in a stressful situationAbility to stay focused and ensure completion of tasksAbility to work in a diverse and changing/rotating teamExperience with film festivals, arts events, and/or non-profit artsBenefits and ExpectationsThis is a full-time, FLSA overtime nonexempt position (Overtime rates are 1.5x hourly rate)Access to discounts and passes to some SIFF programming and events hosted by neighboring Arts organizationsThis position is not eligible for health benefits, housing, nor paid company holidays Work Environment: This and all SIFF positions require that employees are residing and completing work duties within the state of Washington.
