OverviewCareer Opportunities with Sundance Institute Working closely under the Senior Manager, Major Gifts, the role of Festival Coordinator, Development supports Sundance Institute’s commitment to providing the highest level of customer support to our dedicated community of individual donors, major donors, and foundation and government supporters in the lead up to and during the 2026 Sundance Film Festival. The majority of this position’s work can be conducted remotely out of any of our operating states, until the department comes together in Park City, UT in January to support the in-person elements of the Festival. Maintaining and updating tracking documents for all Membership, Donor Circles, and major donors attending Festival screenings and events, including travel dates, lodging, ticketing, RSVP’s, and other logistics as needed. Coordinating ticketing and pass benefits for foundation and government supporters collaborating with internal departments (e.g. ticketing) to meet deadlines.
