Festival Associate Manager: Communications, Sundance Film Festival Industry Office (SIO) The Festival Associate Manager: Communications, Sundance Film Festival Industry Office (SIO) is charged with facilitating the Festival registration process and participation in both the online and in-person components of the Sundance Film Festival for industry members. Working closely under the Assistant Director, Industry Relations, the Associate Manager will also provide administrative and operational support to the department and customer support to industry members. Facilitating Festival registration for industry members, resolving registration issues, and maintaining knowledge of the internal registration systems. Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required to work effectively with a variety of people. Collaborate and work closely with the SIO team and other internal departments to meet deadlines.
