The Position: Expediter Manager The Expediter Manager is responsible for leading the Busser and Runner departments while ensuring exceptional guest service throughout RoadHouse. This position oversees staffing, training, scheduling, coaching, cleanliness standards, and operational execution for all guest-facing areas, including auditoriums, hallways, lobbies, and common spaces. Oversee the training process for all Expediter, Runner, and Busser employees, ensuring company training standards are consistently followed. Create and manage weekly schedules for the Runner and Busser departments, ensuring appropriate staffing levels while meeting labor goals and guest service expectations.
