Executive Coordinator – Fast-Paced | Direct Owner Support | Clearview Tinting

Clearview Tinting has been serving the Toledo area since 2002. We are a fast-moving, owner-operated window film company and we are looking for someone who can keep up. This role supports the owner directly and touches nearly every part of the business. Day to day, you will:

Manage the owner's calendar and adapt quickly when schedules change
Answer inbound calls, assist with customer inquiries, and back up the front desk as needed
Create customer quotes and enter jobs accurately into our project management system
Communicate professionally on behalf of the owner with customers, vendors, and staff
Track open items, estimates, and follow-ups so nothing falls through
Support light marketing tasks including social media and customer communications
Pick up on processes quickly, follow established procedures, and execute tasks as directed

What we're looking for:

Someone who takes direction well and gets things done without needing to be asked twice
Able to learn new systems and procedures quickly and apply them consistently
Calm and focused under pressure with the ability to shift priorities on the fly
Strong attention to detail, especially when entering data or creating quotes
Professional communicator on the phone and in writing
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Prior experience in an executive support, office coordinator, or service industry office role is a plus

Starting at $18.00 per hour with room to grow based on performance. Benefits after 90 days - include health insurance and paid time off.
