Senior Sales Executive
Position Description
We are looking for a professional with strong experience in consultative sales within the medical, healthcare, premium wellness, or high-value services sector.
This person will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into patients, guiding them throughout the entire sales process and helping them understand the value of our longevity medicine and health optimization programs.
This position is designed for someone ambitious, results-driven, and motivated to generate significant income through an attractive commission structure.
Responsibilities
Manage leads generated through marketing and strategic partnerships.
Conduct sales discovery calls and video calls.
Present medical programs and longevity protocols clearly and professionally.
Continuously follow up with prospects until closing.
Keep the CRM and sales pipeline updated.
Coordinate with the medical team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Develop trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, and high-profile clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Ideal Profile
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative sales.
Sales experience in clinics, hospitals, medical centers, aesthetic medicine, wellness, functional health, or related sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing mid-to-high and high-ticket clients.
Strong results orientation and commitment to achieving goals.
Highly Valued
Experience in functional medicine.
Experience in preventive medicine.

Knowledge of biohacking.
Experience selling premium health programs or medical memberships.
