Job Summary We are looking for an A+ hospitality professional to own the concierge experience here at The Majestic Chandler 9 Neighborhood Cinema Grill! As one of the first impressions of the brand and the venue, this is a role made for those who shine in all matters of guest service. The Concierge role is also tied into the beverage experience, and will help execute drinks for our patrons as well. Manage all aspects of guest reservations, cancellations, and changesAssist guests with any questions or concerns that may arise during their visitProvide information on local area and surrounding communitiesMaintain cleanliness of front desk areaResponsible for maintaining the lost and found sectorPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or managerMaintains the front lobby experienceExecute drink recipesFollow opening and closing proceduresMaintain a clean, stocked, and efficiently running barSkills and Qualifications
