This role of Entertainment Attendant is integral to creating a positive and entertaining experience for guests in both the arcade and bowling areas. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional guest service in the arcade and bowling areas, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Perform routine cleaning of arcade games and maintain the cleanliness of arcade carpets through sweeping and vacuuming. Essential FunctionsOperate and monitor entertainment equipment, games, or attractions safely and according to company standards.Greet and assist guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing questions or concerns.Maintain cleanliness and organization of entertainment areas, including workstations, floors, and equipment.Stock, restock, and transport supplies, prizes, or merchandise as needed.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment malfunctions, or incidents to management.Assist with basic operational tasks, such as setting up or closing attractions, cleaning equipment, or organizing inventory.Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operation of the entertainment area.Work independently or collaboratively to provide a safe and enjoyable guest experience.
