The contractor will coordinate with Multimedia site lead, Multimedia management, and/or Greenville Protocol and Events Team, or other internal Client customer to capture high-resolution photos and video on location and deliver assets that meet internal and external Customer needs. All work must follow Client's safety, security, and export-control protocols.Key deliverables include raw and edited photo sets, raw video footage and final edited videos, as required on a per-project basis. Assets will be stored in the site's media repository with proper metadata, and the contractor must adhere to the agreed schedule, responding to time-critical shoots within 48 hours. Potential projects include (but are not limited to): flight photography/videography (aircraft taking off and landing), static product placement, studio photography, event photography/videography (VIP tours, ceremonies), shooting video of industrial or engineering processes for training and tutorials, and/or be part of a video camera crew for certain high level events and projects.The contractor must have at least five years of photography/video experience, proficiency with high-end camera systems, both on- and off-camera lighting equipment, and post-production editing tools (Adobe/DaVinci), and the ability to provide personal equipment meeting Client standards. Performance will be measured by on-time delivery, quality ratings, compliance with security and safety regulations, and overall client satisfaction.
