We’re looking for a District Manager to help lead a cultural and operational shift at Mann Theatres. This role is about more than supervision. You’ll be present in our theatres weekly, side-by-side with General Managers and their teams, observing, coaching, and holding your teams accountable. If you believe leadership means showing up, coaching through your presence, and owning results alongside your team, this role is for you. This is a hands-on turnaround role focused on restoring operational discipline, accountability, and leadership presence across all locations.
