This position requires attention to detail, adherence to sanitation standards, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed. Essential FunctionsWash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, sinks, and surrounding workspaces.Sort, rinse, scrape, and stack dishes before washing.Dispose of trash and recyclables according to company policies and health regulations.Transport clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and supplies to storage areas or workstations.Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies or organizing inventory.Follow proper sanitation, safety, and chemical handling procedures.Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure workflow efficiency.Work independently or as part of a team to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
