Your expertise will help shape a cohesive talent strategy and vision, while continuously evolving our talent practices. 15+ years of progressive HR experience in dynamic environments with a hands-on approach.5+ years of experience in the film industry or in HR roles supporting film teams.Preferred: In-depth understanding of the production cycle and experience with Production Teams.Preferred: Experience in guiding and coaching other HR professionals.A dynamic HR leader capable of inspiring others and fostering collaboration.Proven experience developing effective leaders and teams in diverse settings.Passion for leading through change and navigating complex situations.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to identify opportunities for business impact.Exceptional skills in implementing strategic talent initiatives across various disciplines.Adept at working in a complex, global organization with experience as an HRBP for diverse client groups.This position will be based out of our Los Angeles offices. We offer a competitive compensation structure that includes an annual salary, and you can choose how to allocate your compensation between salary and stock options. The compensation range for this role is $430,000.00 - $775,000.00.
