Tampa Theatre is seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial, and community-minded Director of Education to build and lead an exciting new chapter in the Theatre’s 100-year history. Develop and lead Tampa Theatre’s education vision and strategyExpand youth and summer education programsCreate educational offerings for adults and lifelong learnersBuild partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizationsDevelop revenue-generating educational initiatives and special programsManage educational operations, budgets, and program assessmentServe as an ambassador for Tampa Theatre throughout the community Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferredExperience in education, arts education, youth development, nonprofit leadership, or related fieldsStrong project management and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborative relationshipsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and community engagementWillingness to work some nights and weekends Competitive salary starting at $75,000, with the range increasing based on experience and qualifications.
