If you’re passionate about movies beyond the mainstream and love crafting unforgettable guest experiences, this is your stage. Strong knowledge of film, event cinema, and international content markets.Proven experience in programming execution for Alternative Content, Event Cinema, or World Cinema.Excellent organizational and project management skills with a sharp eye for detail.Strong analytical ability and comfort interpreting KPIs and financial performance.Collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree preferred (Film Studies, Communications, Media Management, Business, or related).3+ years of experience in film programming, theatrical distribution, event cinema, or festival operations.
