Receipts include cash, credit cards, coupons, gift cards, checks, discount tickets, and any other form of payment or accountability deemed applicable by RegalKeep updated on recipe changesMeasure and assemble ingredients for menu itemsEnsure that all food and beverage items are consistently prepared and served per Regal’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standardsExpedite food from the kitchenCollaborate with the managers and cooks to prepare mealsProperly store food items at appropriate temperaturesKnowledge and compliance with all food safety rules, laws, protocols, and standardsAdhere and maintain all Health Department rules and regulationsRotate stock items as per established proceduresRestock kitchen for subsequent shiftsEnsure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shiftMaintain a “clean as you go” approach throughout shiftKnowledge and compliance of dress codeMaintain excellent personal hygieneEnsure lost and found items are handled in accordance with Regal policyAbide by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and/or meal periodsCompleted or in the process of completing the management certification programMust be SDS trainedObtain food handlers card where applicableObtain ServSafe Food Manager CertificationReview and understand the Regal Operations ManualRequired to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand for extended periods of time; work quickly; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
