Customer Service Representative - Full-time

As a Front Desk Agent at Ghost Shield, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Southern California. Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding our services.Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash with care.Provide information about products and services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.Upsell additional services to customers based on their needs and preferences.Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a professional environment.Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.Check customers in and out.Collaborate with team members to ensure schedule and work are completed.Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for installations.Occasional weekend car shows.Requirements Proven experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquetteFamiliarity with Google Suite applications is a plus.Familiarity with POS systems and Quickbooks is preferred but not required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Knowledge or interest in cars is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or GEDIf you're passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences in the automotive industry, we invite you to apply today and join our dynamic team at Ghost Shield!
