Customer Service Associate

In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that creates a positive movie-going experience for our customers. Your energy, communication skills, and ability to quickly service customers is what we are looking for. Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a welcoming environmentAssist customers with tickets, concessions, and other duties as assigned in order to enhance the movie-going experienceOperate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and receiptsProduct stocking, regular cleaning, food service prep, opening and closing checklists are all daily requirements of the job.Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotelyRequirements Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol servers permit requiredJob is primarily evenings and weekends, so availability at those times is necessary. Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour
