Role Summary:

As a Culinary Team Member at Cinemark, you'll play a crucial role in our restaurant operations by preparing quality food quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

Prepare all food items: Use approved recipes and follow portion controls.Execute Daily Prep Lists: Follow and complete prep lists efficiently each day.Maintain Food Safety Standards: Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of all food items, adhering to health regulations.Reduce Waste and Theft: Follow policies and procedures to minimize loss.Ensure Order Accuracy: Collaborate with the service team to deliver accurate food orders.Clean Work Areas: Sanitize food prep areas and equipment post-use.Open or Close Workstations: Responsible for managing your workstation according to your shift schedule.Professional Appearance: Always present a professional image through appropriate attire.Follow Safety Protocols: Maintain operating procedures related to sanitation and preventative maintenance.Sanitize High-Traffic Areas: Regularly clean and disinfect both employee and guest contact points.Use Personal Protective Equipment: Properly utilize safety gear while performing tasks.Adapt to Cleaning Needs: Be flexible with the frequency and scope of cleaning responsibilities.Monitor Safety Issues: Keep an eye out for hazards and report them to management.Alternate Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.Requirements:

Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.Certification: Complete food handling training and acquire any necessary local or state certifications, health cards, or food handler permits.Alcohol Service Training: Team members working with alcohol must complete safe alcohol service training.Flexible Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Consistent Attendance: Regular attendance is essential.Positive Attitude: Maintain an energetic and friendly demeanor during shifts.Exceptional Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to all customers.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to converse effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds in English.Team Player: Work well in a team setting and independently.Ability to Follow Directions: Take and execute instructions promptly.Sense of Urgency: Respond swiftly to tasks as needed.Physical and Environmental Demands:
