Uphold and maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with all food service regulations, striving for "A" level kitchen ratings. Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients, supplies, and equipment. Ability to operate and oversee safe use of all kitchen equipment.
