During video and photo shoots they are responsible for keeping the set organized, managing rental equipment, helping transport cast and crew, assisting camera operators, and caring for general needs on set. The Production Assistant also assists with administrative needs, such as handling paperwork, building call sheets, and helping with scheduling of crew or talent. Responsibilities include: * Assisting the production team on photo and video shoots in a variety of capacities including picking up Publix product from stores and delivering to set, loading and unloading equipment, picking up and returning props, wardrobe, or rental equipment, assisting with personnel, or helping crew with any aspect of production (camera, sound, lighting, etc.).
