Collaborating with Development team members and other colleagues across the Institute to support department operations and special projects. Meeting with individual donors and prospects to solicit, cultivate, steward, and ascertain their capacity to support Sundance throughout the year and at the Sundance Film Festival and other Artist Program events. Supporting with donor inquiries by monitoring multiple donor support email inboxes working alongside program and development colleagues to ensure timely responses to inquiries. Representing Sundance Institute and the Development team at Institute events. Excellent customer support skills.
