Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Contracted Wedding Content Creator specializing in behind-the-scenes footage and short-form videos. In this role, you will capture authentic moments, craft engaging visual stories, and produce captivating content that highlights the beauty and emotion of wedding celebrations. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will help showcase our clients’ special days through compelling videos that resonate with audiences and elevate our brand presence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to bring weddings to life through innovative videography and editing skills.
Duties
Film behind-the-scenes footage during wedding preparations, ceremonies, and receptions to capture genuine moments and details.
Produce short-form videos optimized for social media platforms, highlighting key moments, emotions, and unique aspects of each wedding.
Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe After Effects to create polished final products.
Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, music, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling and engagement.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand their vision, ensuring content aligns with their expectations.
Manage post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and adding titles or captions for maximum impact.
Maintain organized digital files of footage, edits, and project assets for efficient workflow.
Requirements
Proven experience in videography, video editing, and post-production techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects; familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Skilled in filming with professional cameras and equipment; knowledge of lighting and sound recording is preferred.
Strong understanding of motion graphics, photography principles, and visual storytelling tailored for social media content.
Ability to work independently in dynamic environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
