The Coordinator, Communications is a key contributor on the team responsible for promoting and protecting Netflix's reputation for the film business. In addition to supporting the team in defining the Netflix narrative, this role will work on keeping the overall team and department organized and buttoned up – from announcement trackers and calendars, press coverage tracking and reporting, researching and maintaining press lists, drafting written materials and pitches, events support and other projects as needed. This role is based out of the Los Angeles office and reports to the Director, Communications. They will be a collaborative team player, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, flexible and can juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, effectively prioritizes work and demonstrates strong and clear communication skills.
