Admissions RecruiterNashville Film Institute (NFI) Location: Nashville, TN If you thrive on meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, and are passionate about film and education, we'd love to hear from you. ResponsibilitiesRecruit prospective students through phone calls, emails, campus visits, and in-person meetings and tours.Develop and maintain strong relationships with high schools, guidance counselors, career centers, and community organizations.Represent NFI at college fairs, career fairs, high school visits, community events, and open houses.Conduct presentations about NFI's programs and career opportunities in the film industry.Guide prospective students through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.Meet and exceed enrollment goals through proactive outreach and relationship building.Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to support recruitment initiatives.QualificationsExperience in admissions, recruiting, sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Naturally outgoing and comfortable speaking to individuals and large groups.Proven ability to build relationships and achieve enrollment or sales goals.Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and digital communication tools.Detail-oriented.Strong organizational and time management skills.Passion for education, storytelling, and the film industry.Willingness to travel locally for school visits and recruitment events.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is: A genuine people person who enjoys connecting with others.A confident and persuasive communicator.Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to stay organized and communicate effectively.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Passionate about helping students pursue careers in film and entertainment.Professional, enthusiastic, and eager to represent the Nashville Film Institute in the community.Compensation & BenefitsStarting salary from $50,000 annually, with compensation commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding film school.Collaborative and creative work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact by helping aspiring filmmakers launch their careers.Join us in discovering and inspiring the next generation of storytellers.
