Client Relations Specialist- Bags and Film Division

Position Summary We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join a growing team in Thomson, GA. Schedule Monday – Friday RequirementsKey Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and production timelines Generate and follow up on sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication Conduct professional outreach through phone and email communication Collaborate with outside sales representatives to grow existing accounts and develop new business Enter and manage customer orders accurately Create production orders and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery Confirm technical specifications and customer requirements Maintain accurate customer information, spreadsheets, and account records Schedule meetings for current and prospective customers as needed Work cross-functionally with sales, production, technical, and warehouse teams Required Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service, inside sales, account management, or business support experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with spreadsheets and business data Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Inside sales experience Business-to-business (B2B) customer service experience Account management experience Experience with Sage software Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution industry experience Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships, managing customer accounts, coordinating internal resources, and supporting business growth.
