Client Experience and Sales Representative - BASE + COMMISSION

Believe us when we tell you: if you can bring your a-game, the sky is the limit for commission and salary incentives. The Client Experience and Sales Representative is the inside sales position and point of contact for both new and existing clients. In addition to sales, this position helps ensure the smooth operation of the shop work flow by checking in customers, creating work orders, setting customer expectations, and communicating with each customer through every part of the sales, installation, pick up, and follow up phase. This position is the first point of contact for a customer, so professionalism and consistency for projecting the Phantom Films experience is key. Ability to remain calm with difficult customers A full understanding of quality expectations and how to communicate those to the customer Open, direct, and honest communication with managers about situations Full understanding of the entire range of products and services offered The ability to up-sell and cross-sell Speed - the ability to perform quickly without procrastinating Multi-tasking - must be able to balance multiple jobs and communications between customers, managers, and technicians The ability to maintain a good relationship with technicians An understanding and demonstration of the Phantom Films mission and values.
