Cinema Service Team Member

As a Cinema Service Team Member, you play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our Guests. The key responsibilities of a Cinema Service Team Member include: Greet Guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.Operate Cinemark's POS system for transactions at your assigned register.Verify tickets at the podium and expertly direct Guests to their desired auditorium.Adhere to the MPAA rating system, studio policies, and company guidelines when selling tickets.Provide information on pricing, movies, specialty events, and general theater details.Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and Guest inquiries.Conduct regular theater inspections to monitor presentation quality, address safety issues, and uphold a clean environment.Maintain cleanliness throughout the theater, including lobbies, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.Prepare food and responsibly operate cooking and warming equipment.Consistently sanitize high-contact areas for both Employee and Guest safety.Follow all local, state, and federal food safety laws diligently.Monitor security issues and report them to management as needed.Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as directed by management.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old.Complete basic food handling training and acquire any required local or state certifications.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Demonstrated consistent attendance is essential.Bring an energetic and friendly attitude to every shift.Provide exceptional Guest service and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.Ability to converse and comprehend English effectively.Work well both as part of a team and independently.Ability to follow directions with a sense of urgency.Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.Physical and Environmental Requirements: This job description serves as a general guideline of your duties and responsibilities at Cinemark and is not a legally binding contract.
