Casting and seeking crew for "Carrier," a short film set in Seattle about a package carrier who works their route while the world around them remains indifferent. Synopsis: Inside their solitude they find both beauty and ache, carrying on one day at a time. This is a highly visual, almost silent film — the story is told through image, physicality, and the sounds of the city. Presence and craft carry everything.
Step4Studios has been selected for the 2026 Emergence Films Program. Carrier will be submitted to numerous film festivals upon completion. Step4Studios is committed to building a cast and crew of women and nonbinary creatives as much as possible. We warmly encourage women and nonbinary creatives to apply for all positions.
