Job Description:

Do you love photography or videography? Do you have a passion and drive to help make people's art better? Do you also enjoy talking and teaching to like minded avid photographers?

We are looking for dedicated and professional individuals with camera knowledge to be our new camera sales associate. You would be tasked with providing excellent customer service to our amazing customers, along with dissecting their camera and photography needs. We want every customer to leave our store, feeling heard and confident that they received the best service possible

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct customersProvide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)Answer customers’ questions about specific products/servicesConduct price and feature comparisons to better understand the customers purchase needs.Coordinate with the sales team to provide excellent customer serviceInform customers about rebates and special offersStay up-to-date with newest camera gear including (cameras, lenses, lights and accessories)Taking in film and scan ordersRenting gear out to our customers.Skills

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar roleUnderstanding of the retail sales processExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environmentsFlexibility to work various shiftsHigh school degreePhotography or videography experience required.Weekly day range:

M-F 10-5

S 10-4

Saturdays are required.

Compensation:

Hourly based on experience plus commision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
