Seeking a Camera Operator / Lighting Assistant for a small real estate and lifestyle video production.
This will be a skeleton crew, so we’re looking for someone comfortable working in a flexible hybrid role—primarily operating camera when needed while also assisting with small, straightforward lighting setups throughout the shoot.
Ideal candidates have experience with professional camera systems, basic lighting and grip equipment, and are comfortable moving quickly between setups in a small-team environment.
Lighting setups will be minimal and manageable; we’re looking for someone technically capable, collaborative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats on set.
