We are seeking a creative and collaborative Camera Operator for an upcoming independent short film. This project is a passion piece being produced by a tight-knit crew, and we’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a keen eye for storytelling.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Director and DP to execute the visual style of the film.
Manage camera setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting on set.
Ensure smooth panning, tilting, and movement to capture high-quality cinematic shots.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Camera Operator or Cinematographer on short films or indie projects (preferable, not required).
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and lens choice.
A positive, "team-player" attitude (we’re a group of friends making something we love!).
