Responsibilities Include: As a Team Leader, your role is key in understanding all team member responsibilities as well as training and leading team members in order to deliver the Ultimate Moviegoing Experience. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Organizing and maintaining daily plan to ensure team is performing at best capacity. • Coordinate rest and meal breaks. • Motivates, trains, mentors, and leads team members in specific areas during each shift (i.e. concessions, box office, guest services, usher etc.)
