With 16 locations across 5 states, we go beyond the traditional movie experience to bring you movies, bowling, games, and much more—all under one roof. You will assist guests with their needs, maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the bowling area, and contribute to a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Assist with lane assignments, shoe rentals, and scoring systems.Monitor bowling lanes to ensure proper functionality, addressing and resolving minor technical issues with lane equipment or scoring systems and reporting any unresolved issues to management.Respond promptly and proactively to guest inquiries and requests.Provide guest with guidance on proper bowling techniques and ensure all safety guidelines are followed, addressing any unsafe behaviors and reporting all incidents to management.Maintain a clean and organized bowling environment, including ball return stations, seating areas, rental shoes, and bowl desk.Ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience while assisting with set-up, coordination and management for special events such as bowling leagues, tournaments, parties, etc.Work closely with other team members, including servers and bartenders, to provide a seamless guest experience.Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels of bowling supplies such as balls, shoes, and accessories.Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Exhibit hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused.Able to take direction and work together as a team.Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Possess basic math skills to comprehend proper handling of transactions.
