As the Bowling and Gaming Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing store profitability while delivering an exceptional experience at our family entertainment center. Manage inventory for arcade prizes effectively.Revenue Tracking: Monitor and analyze revenue trends from each attraction, identifying opportunities for growth and collaborating with the General Manager to create and manage budgets.Enhancing Guest Experience: Develop and implement strategies to boost guest satisfaction, train staff in high-quality customer service, and resolve guest issues proactively.Collaboration Across Departments: Work collaboratively with other department heads to synchronize schedules, staffing, and resources, fostering a supportive environment for success.Cleanliness and Facilities Management: Guarantee that the venue is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
